After spending multiple years working for a higher volume full service NY/DC immigration firm, I recently hung my own shingle. At my previous place of emplyment, I made regular court appearences at court located throughout the east coast, epecially Arlington, Baltimore, Newark, and New York. The experience was invaluable. As a solo practitioner, my focus is now on providing low volume high quality legal representation. Currently my fields of practice include-

USCIS Petitions, Affirmative Asylum, Removal Defense, Motions to Reopen, Waivers, Humanitarian Applications, and BIA Appeals. Also avalable to do Per Diem court and USCIS interview coverage throughout the tri-state area.

My goal is to grow my base of knowledge especially when it comes to federal litigation. I also hope to find mentors to help me continue to grow professionally.
